M3/M4 [Official] BMW M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M
In the case of the M3/4 I think it won't be much different than the 3/435i.

But the thing is, it's not about what people think or assume, it's about the simple facts.
And a simple fact from the press release states the bulge is there to create space for the intercooler. Case closed.

This is just a normal 335i with the M5 wheels and I think they may be a good alternative for those that don't like the look of the stock M3 wheels.

They're virtually the same as the M3/M4 wheels!!

Anyway, the FULL configurator for the M3/M4 with options is now available on the BMW UK website.

I choose not to believe the press release as BMW did post incorrect information in some of their press releases in the past.

Took the time to build myself the new M4 to roughly the same spec of my E92 M3 bar the 18" wheels which aren't an option here and surprisingly it was only about £1300 more which most of that price difference would be accounted for by the larger rims so well done BMW for moving the game on without passing the bill on to the customer.

^Is this not a duplication of what Andreas has posted only 3 posts above? o_O

Yes it is, but to be fair Andreas posted them yesterday, which is almost 24 hours ago, and they're a whole 3 posts above. Very easy to miss when you're in a rush. Especially when you have dogs to walk and iron to pump.

Standard 18" wheels?

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
