X5 New BMW E70 X5 official photos & info!

The BMW X5 is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV produced by BMW. The X5 made its debut in 1999 as the E53 model. It was BMW's first SUV. BMW marketed the X5 officially as a "Sports Activity Vehicle" (SAV), rather than an SUV, to indicate its on-road handling capability despite its large dimensions.
Thanks, interesting.

Looks like there is a sports package for the car from the beginning...($3,275) I see the car has nice 20" rims with the sports package. I hope there are a few other exterior cues visible too for the sports package too.

For that amount...I would assume so.

Damn. The car looks mad aggressive. It is bound to slow down the Q7 sales. BMW is really strong these days. The M coupe is stunning, the 3 coupe is flawless and the new X5 is :icondrool :icondrool :icondrool

Hate to say it, because Audi went to great lengths to make the Q7 the best it could possibly be, but the E70 X5 devours it in presence, and no doubt it will be the better performer.

I've seen pictures of the sports package (clay model) exclusive at my dealership (which is a direct, fully owned BMW AG dealership). Its so stunning.

I want to see a black X5 4.8si with sport package and wide tires looking all phat and mean. The Q7 doesn't stand a chance against the new X5. It is lighter, has better proportions, is probably more fun to drive and just like the Q7 it offers 7 seats. The ML is ruled out right now.
