Mercedes-Benz ConceptFASCINATION

MB ruined the shape of the car by giving the car high ground clearance making the car look like a two door R-class derivative. The rear end looks to heavy. Aston Martin pulled the whole sexy-wagon thing off much better.

I think they meant to Hassan,MB approach with that car is obviously different from AM's one.MB demands utility and practicality hence the ground clearance while AM is just after beauty.

Interesting that we keep seeing all these Shooting Brake concepts -- when is somebody going to put one into production?

Well Rob expect MB and BMW to release their versions of ShootingBrake/PAS around 2010,not sure though:D

I think it's not bad. The front is quite familiar sight after the numerous spy pics of the E & CLK we've seen. The side looks very dynamic even if there is some "sportswagon cut short -look" to it. The rear end looks very un-MB-like and is very similar to Mazda like most of you have said. The pointy shape in the middle of the rear end also reminds me of Cadillac.

Since it's not a VISION concept I believe this concept has two tasks:

1 To accustom the big crowd for the new look of the E-Class and CLK.
2 To examine if there is demand for a new type of model (2-dr wagon / shooting brake) like this.

^ Yep,now i can't wait to see the new E & CLK!

Wow Hassan first time i see this car, kuods to volvo:D

The car will be significantly more expensive than A5 and 3er coupe if Mb really decides to change the name.
