A lot of money for a car which was originally built as a regular F1 then converted to LM spec later in life. I wonder what one of the 5 genuine LM's would be worth, it would have to be more than this replica?

It's not a replica. It is the latest and most sophisticated version with the best version of the engine. That makes it better than the not converted LMs.

The original 5 plus 1 prototype had the 680hp engine. Most F1's when they are serviced get upgraded, so I think you'll find the originals cars probably by now have the same upgrades as this conversion/replica. It doesn't really matter if this one might be technically better its still not an original F1 LM, and will never be worth as much.

I hope the future owner consults with you before buying it, he may save a couple of millions.
