I don't live in the U.S.A. so I don't know all in internal politics - I'm not a huge fan of Bush's either but I do feel that he has become an easy target - the "War On Terror", whether we like it or not is thoroughly necessary - Bush didn't create Islamist fundamentalism - I don't agree with Bush's Christian fundamentalism either - politics and religion should never be mixed, it is a very dangerous combination. People seem to forget that Osama Bin Laden was threatening the US long before Bush came to office - and those who think the west should try to negotiate with Al-Qaeda should remember that they hate the U.N. and Kofi Annan (with all of his good intentions) too.
Maybe, but if you ask me, the "War on Terror" isn't helping anyone, especially not the States. Are you eliminating terrorists or creating more?
Do you know why Germany and France have 300 percent less chance of being attacked by terrorists? Because they don't have saying "God Bless (insert name here) and nowhere else.
If you ask me, Bush would have been more widely accepted in the world if he wasn't so unilateral.
Just my opinion. Politic discussions are dangerous.
