With over 600 orders taken, demand for the KTM X-Bow has been so great after its debut at the Geneva show that KTM has canned the idea of building the first 100 cars with Italian partner Dallara and decided to put the car into full production at Magna Steyr in Austria.

Production will start in early 2008, with plans to build up to 1000 cars a year. The first batch of 100 X-Bows will carry a special plaque as well as additional trim and equipment.
