As I said earlier, idling to warm up an engine is totally wrong. The above text refers to those who let the engine get to its operating temp without driving it. They may even let the engine idle for 30 minutes or more which ruins it.
I didn't say I warm-up the engine in the morning, I only said that I idle the engine for just 2 minutes for the oil to flow through the parts and soon after that I start moving to warm up the engine under load.
