Hey guys, I don't know where to ask this, but the photography thread makes the most sense. I have a MacBook (Intel based) running OSX build 10.4.8, but I'm having trouble installing GIMP, the free photoediting program. It keeps telling me that I don't have a particular file installed, but when I check with Mac, that file comes installed on OSX to begin with on all MacBooks.
Does anybody know how to fix said problem, or knows of another free photoediting program that is easy to use. I'm used to using Photoshop Elements 2.0 for PC, and I'd get PSE4.0 for Mac, but it's $80, and I don't have that kinda money.
Thanks
