I take the first gen anyday. Much more interesting in its overall shape, much less "politically correct" than the new one (even this one as a TT-S, even with an awful color vs white).

The very particular rear with its weird glass and micro-boot, the aggressive and inclined grille at the front, the unique lights, the bold, roundish, slightly unrefined appearance... The first one looks like nothing else. The new one is way less original with its much more classical stance.

I have to tell you that the first gen TT is the only Audi I really H-A-T-E. It looks absolutely horrible. It looks like a low, weird, Beetle.

The new blows me totally away. It's design is absolutely magnificent, and I can't imagine how you can make such an ugly car, as the first TT, so beautiful as the MK II TT! Kudos to Audi!

The only Audi I really hate is the A6 C5. It's even one of the very few cars I really HATE, for a mysterious reason.

I think it looks disgusting...

The first gen TT is one of my fav Audis ever, on the other hand, with the current gorgeous A8.
