Thought of this today whilst I am location scouting in Scotland. Found a very visual location called "Inverary" fantastic driving roads, piers in front of huge hills, and great scenery took lots of footage to show how I think it will work. It was very warm today...
Tomorrow I go to "John O' Groats and other local locations.

I don't buy it Luw... just like I don't buy that the CLS is a coupe.

Just because Pontiac or MB or whoever start calling them coupes, it doesn't make them so. Someone should gives these marketing morons a dictionary!

Somebody over at other forum says he spoke to BMW techs amd X6 will have 2-doors. Scott? Eni?

No, no!

X6 has 4+1 doors (+1 for tailgate), and will be even few milimeters longer & wider (yet lower) than X5.

Is he talking about X4, perhaps?

Looking at these latest shots, the front does look very similar to the X5, I hope they aren't going to be clones at the front!

But it looks much lower than X5.

Erm, either because it's early morning here and i'm still having my 1st coffee or something else, but i don't get what you're saying... Loosen up, trucky model?

I was always told that the Motorsport division wouldn't put their stamp on anything that didn't fit the M way of doing things, i.e. any large car like a 7-Series or any X model. If they're going to do a X6-M then they must be going back on this somewhat.

Tycoon: He means that M division has changed its strategy. It used to offer only athletic coupes & sedans, Now it is offering Trucks also (X6) ...
