HAMANN X6 by Hamann Motorsport

HAMANN is a German tuner founded in 1986. It offers bespoke refinement and styling for marques like BMW, Ferrari, and Porsche. Official: HAMANN
Loved the black rims, and i hope it stays like that,i hate Hamman body styling!

Love it but i am surprised that they didn't add the extra shitty bits german tuners love so much.

Wow!! This car looks great with those "tuning" kits. :D Much better then the original - I would have never thought, that I will say sth. like this one day.

Only the Hamann anniversary wheels look good, rest is all kaka.

Hamann seriously need to employ some young fresh designers or close shop. They practically do the same thing to every car that its sooo predictable to know what they're next car is going to look like. Same goes for ACS. We need to see something different/fresh.

Maybe you and me and some others don't like it, but Hamann is actually selling their cars and that's what matters for them.

Even though i generally hate tuner kits on BMWs, i have to admit that this one looks very nice. but not with those black rims...

German tuner Hamann is known for its extensive reworkings of BMW models, as well as other exotica such as the Porsche 911 Turbo and the Ferrari 430. Its latest project is a new-look design for the BMW X6 crossover.

Starting with the X6 xDrive35i, Hamann engineers boost power to 360hp (265kW) and torque to 540Nm. With the vehicle’s electronic speed nanny also removed it will go all the way to an uninhibited top speed of 275km/h. The diesel-powered xDrive30d also gets a boost, with power lifted to 265hp (195kW) and torque up to 600Nm. The xDrive35d, meanwhile, sees its output lifted to 320hp (235kW) and 660Nm of torque. Engineers are still working on a package for the twin-turbo V8 xDrive50i, which is expected to be released before the end of the year.

The complete lineup also includes the addition of a new quad-pipe exhaust system and high-flow intake. The final edition to the exterior are the striking 23in forged alloy wheels shod with 315mm rubber.

To improve aerodynamics, Hamann engineers add a complete bodykit with integrated LED daytime running lights, a three-part rear casing and a functional roof spoiler. For additional downforce on the rear axle, the customer can opt for a bigger rear spoiler. Other options include a lightweight carbon-fiber hood.

Inside, there are aluminum highlights, racing pedals, a 12-peice carbon-fiber dress up kit, and an instrument panelwith a 300km/h top speed.

Earlier this week, Hamann also released an extensive upgrade package for the Mercedes McLaren SLR supercar, which you can read about by clicking here.

Interesting, but just a little bit overdone. I think I like their work on the X5 better.

The first one actually looks pretty decent I must admit. Don't like the way the exhausts are at the back though.

Hamann is the best thing ever happened to a Bmw! They've got a formula for each & every Bimmer :usa7uh: ...!

Not sure about "best thing" thing, but they do some good stuff, but also...Some retarded stuff too...:jpshakehe Better than Schnitzer afaic in any case.

:t-cheers:

^^^ By "best thing" I mean, the appearance! Ac-Schnitzer is a class of it's own :t-cheers: ...!

^^^ I must say, even a stock M5 was enough, but this one made me droll :icondrool ...!

Thanks for ending the discussion Sasha. Hartge M5 is modification perfection. The black one is my ideal although Hartge M5 looks amazing in Silverstone II.

Lol, yw.:usa7uh:

Blue would be my choice! (go figure :D)

Seriously, Hartge M5 is something all other tuners should look at. So simple, yet so perfect!

:t-cheers:
