Much as I loathe the direction Subaru took with the Impreza, I have to admit, the STI is an amazing follow-through. Can't wait to hit the LA auto show.

Even the UK spec 360hp versions!

135i is too soft to beat the impreza on a track. Even with sportchassi on the bimmer, the Impreza has stiffer suspension and also help of AWD to go really fast around small tight tracks.

Are you talking about that absurd EVO IX MR FQver4 bla bla bla? If yes, then I don't know, but that thing has a real bad case of the turbo spooling up. What an absurd name too.

Thinking of what car to get next, its between the rally twins, a SEAT cupra, beemer or TT.

I like the normal versions fine, but I don't like that MR FQ blah blah version. especially in the times of high petrol prices, that car is just stupid to own. Most folks I've talked to who own STi or EVO cars say they get 18-19mpg. No thanks, unless I'm constantly pushing those cars I don't need them. I would be perfectly happy with a 2.0T A4, or in your case a TT.
