This is a proof how big the Q7 really is.

I saw one for the first time yesterday, and as a perfect comparison of how big it was, the was a huge Hummer next to it. The Q7 was not much smaller I can tell you. Here is the pic:





And while I was taking this photo, many people stopped by and I heard them say "this is the new Audi. Damn it's so phat. Look at it. So big and mucular"

I saw the car in Geneva and I liked it but I really disliked the large sidemirrors.

Yeah man, I agree. They were HUGE!! Even bigger then I thought.

Looks gorgeous in black. I'm attending the Audi "Streets of Tomorrow" Q7 event this weekend. Can't wait to check it out!

In reference to the Audi I guess it is a normal SUV eh? I mean it is next to the Hummer but the Hummer is just elevated higher of the ground than any other SUV. That doesn't mean it is bigger.

where abouts? is this an exclusive event? if it's in L.A. I'd be down to go and check it out so as long as I can get in?

In regards to the Q7's size; It is quite bit, but not physicaly overwhelming as perhaps a GM light truck equivalent. The size has been masked by the many tricks used by Audi designers in the design of the car w/ the huge wedge profile, sharply raked windscreen, and all other curved features of the car. It doesn't even look like an SUV, but the future of the SUV, what name? I do not know? FUV I guess. There interior is even bigger than the outside itself suggests.

BTW Audiholic, I don't understand how you can hate BMW, I don't hate any car brands, hate is a very strong word! I think that MB is probably my least favourite brand of the big three brands in Germany, but that doesn't mean I hate, some of the cars are awesome!
