| Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory ![]() For some individuals, a car like the Rolls Royce Phantom is still not exclusive enough but, fortunately for them, there are tuners like Mansory. Accustomed to modifying cars from the likes of Bentley and Aston Martin, the German tuner has now worked its magic on the popular Rolls Royce saloon. For its new Conquistador edition, developers added LED daytime running lights, elongated grille stripes and new side skirts with integrated aluminum flanks. They then added a new rear bumper with double over and under stainless steel exhaust ends, plus a sporty trunk lid spoiler. Inside, there’s new ‘Shadow Black’ leather cladding supplied by interior specialist Glasurit as well as solid silver trim pieces in replacement of the standard chrome. The rest of the cabin is highlighted by its carbon-fiber and Alcantara panels and LCD monitors mounted into the back rest of the front seats. Attention then turned to the vehicle’s mechanical package, which includes a bump in the engine’s displacement, up to 7.5L, and a corresponding rise in output. The final numbers now stand at 543hp (405kW) and 810Nm (597 lb-ft) of torque. The final touch is a set of 22in forged wheels concealing Brembo brakes with six-piston calipers up front and four-pot calipers in the rear. ![]() ![]()

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory The only things I like about this is the smoked lights and their silver frame. The rest is just too excessive, espically with those horrific interior trim.

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory Hmm, I don't like it. It's a Rolls Royce and no "racing machine". Normally, it's an absolutely elegant and great car...but this one... ![]() |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory I assume that 50cent already ordered one or two of these?? Exterior could go for a pimped Rolls but interior, no way... Carbon fiber in a Rolls Royce... and the tiny little steering wheel was so much better in this car... Colour sucks too... |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory The exterior is really cool IMO, the carbon black color is amazing The interior is a disaster however, they should have sticked to the black-on-white/chrome theme and added piano black inlays or chrome accents instead of that horrible carbon fibre trim. |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory Smart has made some special editions of forfour and roadster with mat paint. Also Mercedes, for instance I saw a special edition of an SLK55 AMG with a matt paint. But not as option, as special edition. Think the trend will come... BTW, does it effect the radars and speed controls??? |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory IMO it´s a shame to do something like that to RR..those wheels(on black matte one) belong to Escalade or Hummer, not Rolls..

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory Sure, I would have said that if it was a Silver-Cloud, Phantom V or VI, but here... For me it has lost all the magic of a Rolls-Royce, it is just a big, ultra-luxurious car with the grill of a Rolls-Royce, but is far from its elegance, charm and class... |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory ^^I tried to explain when I posted this car a few months ago that Rolls-Royces have always been modified ....and not always successfully -- there have been some disastrous and ridiculous Rolls-Royces in the past -- In the 1920s, one Indian Maharajah had his Rolls-Royce entirely clad in ivory; others had their Rolls-Royces studded with precious gems. One Rolls-Royce was built with the head and neck of a swan at the front (partially obscuring the drivers view ) -- so this kind of crazy stuff is all part of the tradition of Rolls-Royce -- unfortunately, it seems you just can't buy a sense of good taste I think it is so funny when people say things like "you can't do that to a Rolls-Royce" -- such an air of reverence has been created around this marque, some people are just so horrified that anybody would do something like this (below) to a Rolls-Royce. .....It's as shocking as coming to the realization that Queen Elizabeth has actually had sex ...at least four times

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory How do you know it was really Queen Elizabeth? (sorry, forget it, blasphemous... Trouble is, that money does not mean good taste. And the former Rolls were so perfect, so beautiful, so classy and elegant, that any modification was a pity. Add or remove anything to an old Rolls, and it breaks its absolute perfection. What I wanted to say, is that this modifyed Phantom VI (even if only the paint is shockink) is much more schoking that the black Mansory, because the actual "Phantom" is no more the sheer prefection and class the former Rolls were. That is why the old Rolls were "sacralized". Just look at my favourite, the Phantom V. Or at a Silver-Cloud II. What can you say? What can you add? Nothing. |

| Re: Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador by Mansory Quote:
Look at this amazing Phantom I built by the Belgian coachbuilder Jonckheere. ![]() Mulliner (which was the coachbulider owned by Rolls-Royce) made most of the Phantoms Vs, but the British coachbuilder Hooper also offered a different body style and another well known British coachbuilder, James Young, built several different body styles for the Phantom V and versions of the Silver Cloud and Bentley S models. Below I posted two Phantom Vs from the early 1960s built by two different coachbuilders. You can see they are quite different from each other.
