The car in the sketch is not a Q7. Look how short the rear end is.I 'm not sure if it is official though or a leak of some kind. It could mean something or it could mean nothing.

That IS a sketch of Q7, and was included in an official Q7 press release (issued by Audi) few months ago!

Despite the fact that the sketch evolved into what is now the Q7, I like it way better than the actual final product.

I actually liked the Pikes Peak concept and the name... That truck looked awesome. I'd really liked Audi to maintain that exact style, but hey...
