Sometimes people say the best gifts come in small packages. We beg to differ, because if someone were to deliver us the big 'ol box you see above, we'd probably think it was the best gift ever. In that box is Lamborghini Reventon number one of twenty. Apparently, it's the only example which will be sold privately via a traditional dealership -- in this case, Lamborghini of Las Vegas. The other nineteen were all spoken for before ever leaving the factory. First Lamborghini Reventon Arrives in Las Vegas

Hmmm about 30 miles from my house. I have never been to the dealership and have kindof wanted to for several years. But I have finals this week, so maybe next

Because by the time I actually come down there, the car would've already been delivered to the owner. So, you'll still get kicked in the nuts.

Went to the Lambo dealership today.
They have plenty of Lambos of all types and colors.
They have one Saleen S7, two Spykers (one was going for $210K).
They have one RR drophead.
They have two Bugatti, one sold.
And no Reventon! it did not send much/anytime at the dealership before it was shipped off to the owner out of state. (It was sold before they got it in).
I was looking at the shirts and other things, Lambo polo shirts were going for $65 to $140 each. Found Bugatti polo for $31.50, nice quality.
Asked the guy behind the counter if I could get one, he mumbled something and looked for his keys to open the case. See which one I wanted and walked into the back. Could not find them, he asked someone else who went looking, could not find them. They asked someone else...
After walking around looking at the cars for probably 20 minutes and seeing nothing done, I said F-it and left. No one there seemed to be very friendly or helpful.

Exotic car dealerships tend to be very unhelpful, I've noticed.

Except for Mercedes, no one seems to care about you unless you've got the money in hand to buy a car.

Mercedes'll let you sit in their Maybachs and SLRs, Ferrari won't even let you take a picture of the cars.

Mercedes' salesmen will joke with you and offer you food and drinks, Lamborghini gives you the cold shoulder.

Mercedes says take all the pictures you want, Ferrari's supermodel saleswomen have a fit and tell you to leave.

Haven't read the article yet, but found on in the paper today about the Reventon. Las Vegas dealer sold three of the twenty.
