| Re: Chasing a Mercedes CLK DTM AMG F1 Safety Car Interesting video. Loved how the F1 Safety Car escaped at the end with that sudden dive into the highway exit. The F1 Safety Car is NOT a CLK DTM AMG car. It does not have the supercharged 5.4L V8 and 5 speed Speedshift transmission. Rather, the F1 Safety Car is what the current CLK63 Black Series is based on.......it has the 6.2L V8 with 7 speed Speedshift transmission.

| Re: Chasing a Mercedes CLK DTM AMG F1 Safety Car Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the CLK DTM AMG. You can see that on the body kit and the rear spoiler. The F1 safety car is a CLK63 AMG and it doesn't have that kind of body kit and spoiler. I believe that guy who drives that CLK DTM, has installed those roof lights and the F1 safety car stickers on the doors maybe just to show off.
