Spanning a total area of one million square feet, the new Emirates Motor Company (EMC) headquarters, the world’s largest Mercedes-Benz facility, featuring a 4,382-sq metre showroom, 20,873-sq metre service centre with over 250 work-bays, 7,196-sq metre for spare parts, a multi-story parking lot and staff accommodation.

The new EMC facility reflects the rich partnership legacy shared with Mercedes-Benz, further consolidates EMC’s business relationship and helps cater to the growing consumer base in the region.

Incorporating unique design elements reflecting the corporate identities of both Mercedes-Benz and the Al Fahim Group, the new facility features panoramic lifts, glass exteriors and environmentally sustainable concepts symbolizing the group’s core values.

Situated on the highway with easy access, the new premises include an air-conditioned drive-in reception and an air-conditioned workshop to allow customers to inspect their vehicles while being serviced. Additionally, it is equipped with Wi-Fi technology and hosts a well-appointed food court.

Reflecting modern design aesthetics, the new office structure has been built with three vertical openings ascending to the roof for filtering in daylight to add a sense of spaciousness to the facility.

Founded by the late Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, EMC on the Airport Road was the first establishment for Al Fahim Group that has continuously expanded over the years to accommodate the growing business. Now, EMC has become one of the most prominent Mercedes-Benz distributors globally.
