Sport Auto GTR Spec V vs 997 Turbo

Nissan GT-R SpecV im Fahrbericht auf dem Nürburgring: Wie fährt sich der Über-Nissan im Vergleich zum Porsche Turbo auf | Tests | Sportauto

I think it was around the Nring GP circuit. 911 Turbo had the Michellin sport cup tires and ceramic brakes. Spec V was 3 secs faster - which I think is huge around the short course.

I don't think it will be available to the west until 2010, Europe and North America. But in Japan it is for sale as a 2009 model year already, if I am not mistaking. But there is also controversy and confusion if Nissan is importing the Spec V to the States all together or just making it available for Japan only.
