I don't know. All there is to say has already been said. I simply can't get enough of this car. Every time I find new pictures of the car I lighten up. That back seat is crazy though, just look at the details and the clever head support on the C-pillar.

How will VAG possibly top this when it's due to be replaced in 3-5 years.

^I'm certain the Arnage replacement will be more upright than the Continental ...but its bumpers will be much more integrated than the Arnage's -- which is one of the things that gives the Arnage its traditional looks.

I expect its body will be less fussy and less detailed. I base this on the fact that VAG stripped the original Arnage of much of its superfluous styling details when they facelifted it ....to create a far cleaner appearance.

As much as I like the Brooklands, it is, technically speaking, a chopped Arnage ...with many of the same flaws.

The non-integrated bumper is a typical element of the 80s and 90s which, as you pointed out, will most likely be toned down a lot. But it will retain a some form of a bumper/lip acting like a tray for the "radiator" very similar to the Phantom.

As for the details, the facelifted Arnage is toned down to the minimum. It's the creases and deep character lines along the car which separates it from the continental GT and every other car on the market. Remove the lines and the car will look like a bar of soap. I actually prefer the pre facelifted Arnage, it's less anonymous and looks so exquisite, like a crown Queen Elizabeth would wear on her head. But on the down side it does look quite over detailed and wouldn't expect the new model to look anywhere as blingy.




Technology wise, I agree the car is far from state of the art. I mean, its weight is a mere 300kg shy of the Hummer H2. Either way it's not very difficult for me to disregard that considering how handsome it is.

The new Arnage looks a bit chubby to me

They toned down the radiator and (it looks like) they curved the hood. It's not as striking or as strong as before.

The old headlamps finished the car, too. The new ones leave the front a bit empty looking.

DBS dosn't speak the same design language as the Brooklands IMO.
The DBS is a gangster... the Brooklands is Mafia

I haven't seen the Brooklands IRL yet
but my guess is that it will look more than
