This car is so expensive...and it doesn't have Bi-Xenon lights - this would be a "must have" option for this car...

Yeah, that is such a typcial snobby Mercedes cash grab. I had to pay extra for bixenons on my C55 too. For such an expensive car like the CLK63 Black Series, you would think something like bi-xenons would be standard equipment. I think MB just thinks that people will likely pay for it, because you probabaly have the money to spend if you buy an AMG car.

That's one thing I hate about german manufacturers. For something that is standard on sum/premium japanese automakers, it's like 1k-2k option on the germans which cost twice as much? seriously, that's just retarded. Xenon, standard on 24k acura TSX but an option for a 50+k AMG? Retarded!

Xenon lights is not an expensive option, cost like €/$700 and since that is such a small sum compared with the sticker price for an AMG, MB know that most people will tick it off in the option list.
It is pretty common for manufacturers to try and gauge customers with deep pockets.
