Volkswagen has introduced the Caravelle Business in the United Kingdom. Designed to be the ultimate executive shuttle, the model features xenon headlights, privacy glass, electric sliding rear doors and 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin is nicely equipped with Nappa leather seats, burr wood trim and an adjustable table. There's also a mini fridge, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity and an infotainment system with GPS navigation. Power comes from a 2.0-liter TDI engine that develops 180 PS (132 kW / 177 hp) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a DSG transmission which enables the model to average 34.9 mpg UK (8 L/100km / 29 mpg US) with CO2 emissions of 214 g/km. The Caravelle Business will be priced from £53,856 and 4MOTION all-wheel drive is available for an additional £2,213.
