Re: my CC, there are a couple of small things I don't like. I already alluded to the automatic headlights which are not sensitive enough to stay off during the day if there's a small amount of shade or it's slightly cloudy outside. The voice-activated system is dependent on the Bluetooth talk/ listen volume and when adjusted so you can hear your call on phone calls it will blast you out when you press it. Moreover, it is easily be accidentally pressed as it is right below the audio volume button on the steering wheel. The navigation screen not coming on when the car is started if the audio system had been switched off is a mistake; they should at least have a mute button for it. Another nit I have is the back-up camera. Since it is found in the round trunk VW badge which rotates in reverse, it takes longer than it should to disappear when you switch into drive. Finally, with all the bells and whistles I have on the luxury limited model, why don't they offer keyless start?

With all being said considering these minor complaints, it is still one hell of a great car [IMG].

I have to say, if those are the big issues with the car, you have one really nice car right there ;-) Jokes aside, such small things, while not really that bad, can be quite irritating once you have noticed them.

May I suggest changing your forum name to Victor Meldrew from the sitcom 'One foot in the Grave'.

Oh and if you don't know who that is then go to Youtube and put in his name and watch his videos, only then will you understand my reference to the suggestion of name switching. :t-cheers:

What don't you see? It was a joke, the similarity between you two.

He's an old man that complains about everything and nothing, a bit like what you were doing. :t-cheers:

Since many of these niggles are of an electronic nature, you maybe could check with your dealer if there are updates available that could improve things.

For instance, you could ask for a reset/recalibration of the light sensor and voice system, and ask for a GPS/infotainment update.

If those are the only problems you encoutered, you can indeed be pleased wioth the car!

Many happy and safe kms with it!

Note my original post, the first sentence: "there are a couple of SMALL things I don't like......" Also, please re-read my original post's last sentence ;).

Actually, my biggest issue with the car wasn't mentioned in my post. That is, the moonroof doesn't slide open, it only tilts open. This really surprised me about the car. In a $30K+ car, a sunroof should tilt and slide.
