Autozeitung 10/2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG (525hp) vs Jaguar XFR Bentley Continental GT Audi A6 2,0TDI vs VW Passat 2,0TDI
So 32-more-hp makes a difference of 2,1 seconds up to 200 km/h? (CLS63 AMG Performance Package tested by Sport Auto: 13,2 s)
I reckon standard CLS63 can do 0-200km/h in 14-15s range, but the performance pack really brings something and is worth it.
If CLS63 PP does 0-200 km/h in 13,2 seconds, the new M5 must be capable below 13 seconds. Best I've seen for M5 E60 is 13,8 seconds.
Anyone have the data panels for E60 M5, E63 or Panamera Turbo? The CLS63 0-200 times don't seem so fantastic for a 500+HP sedan.
Maybe here? - http://www.germancarforum.com/pit-g...-autobild-sportscars-test-archive-2007-a.html From AutoBild Sportscars: 13,7 s - M5 14,1 s - Panamera Turbo 14,2 s - E63 AMG PP Best ever times: 13,2 s - CLS63 AMG PP 13,5 s - M5 13,5 s - Panamera Turbo 14,2 s - E63 AMG PP
In straightline M5 is still one of the quickest cars (if not the quickest). Thats why I think/hope next M5 is capable below 13 seconds.

Amazing issue is coming. Finally. Comparison test : 458 Italia vs GT3 RS 4.0 Comparison test : CLS 63 AMG vs Panamera Turbo S Full test : MP4-12C (frontpage says 0-200km/h in 8,7s?) + more AUTO ZEITUNG 16/2011 | Aktuelles Heft | Autozeitung | autozeitung.de
It says "as fast as no one before", so I guess 8,7 s is their 0-200 km/h time - which is hugely optimistic IMO. But great issue, hove you'll post the articles here, emve! :t-cheers:
I hope so. I´m in my hometown currently and local shop is getting only one issue of Autozeitung and it comes with a delay. Friday most likely. This is a must have issue.
