TopGear review (incomplete Stig lap): Rest of that lap picks up @ 8:44 here: When Clarkson said the coupe hadn't been timed around the track, he doesn't know what he's talking about. The old Stig drove it in the group test with the 458, LFA, GT3 RS, and LP570-4 to a 1:21.6 time....

With the V8 engine mounted very low inside the chassis, behind the front wheels, combine with a rear transaxle and a light and rigid aluminium space frame structure, the SLS is more of a proper junior super car than most people's assumption because of the badge.
