I've always loved the Nissan Patrol. This is not a Patrol to my eyes. Back to the drawing boards Nissan

True Potential. Not boxy as I thought, but mechanically it is an improvement (hopefully).

It's kinda ugly...the C pillar is awfuly cut, makes the car look cheap...it reminds of me of the SsangYong Rodius, which is not a good thing, I don't know why they put those ricey Escalade imitation things on the side, and they could have come up with better tail lights. That said the front looks really good and the interior is WAY better than that in the Land Cruiser, which is completly tacky and feels so cheap.

This over LC any day. LC is a phat underpowered pig.

WOW this looks much better then I had imagined. I would take it over the LC 200 series.

One of my all-time favorite trucks. I know her better with the Safari name! I'm still the fan of the old, big & fat one from late 80s!

Thats too fat , I think this VTC model has to be the best off roading tool on sale.

Yes even Nissan admit that their target is the LC. They even use the same suspension supplier (Australian company).

The interior is great , the exterior is just ok...

I never liked big SUVs like the LC and Range Rover anyway...

Looks like it shares a lot with the upcoming Infiniti QX. Not bad really..much prefered than the bulky designs of yesteryears.

I wonder if these will be turbo'd/modded out the wazzoo also?

The Infiniti really looks ugly... The Patrol looks better IMO

The infiniti is the version coming to states side. However, I don't know how they will top the Patrol since the later is already pretty loaded.
