The Dodge Dart is four door compact sedans based on an evolved platform of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta built for the North American market. For the Chinese market FIAT offers a rebadged version of it, the Fiat Viaggio, 4,68 m long and 1,85 m wide with a wheelbase of 2,70m. It is powered by the usual and well known 1.4l T-Jet, making 120 and respective 150 PS, that in the Alfa Romeo Mito QV delivers 170 PS. Power is transfered to the front wheels via a 5 speed manual gearbox or an optional dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The Fiat Viaggio will not be sold in Europe due to poor sales, that FIAT experienced with the Fiat Linea, notchback version of the Fiat Punto. Also VW met the same poor results in Europe with the VW Polo Sedan that was sold in the easten countries and the VW Jetta sold in the american states.

I think it is a good looking car. I'd take this over a Bravo.

I can see Fiat making/selling this car in latin america. Well, may be when the platform is 7-10 years old, as they (Fiat, VW, PSA, Renault, Ford, GM) use to do.

    Regards!

That's the first non-500 Fiat that I find attractive. That 1.4L engine and a dual clutch gearbox should be appealing to Jetta customers.
