I saw the concepts, there are no blinkers but black plastic instead. That is what makes it look like an air intake.
Maybe for a future M6 CSL with real air intakes Aack, who am I kidding? BMW is probably 'happy' with the weight of the M6 coupe Oh and btw...is it just me, or is the grille of the concept coupe different (bigger) than the one on the GC concept (or the real 6er for that matter)? Could be the angle too......
You are right about the different size of grill. First there was the GranCoupé Concept, then the Coupé Concept. The production 6 Series has the grill, in size and shape, of the second concept. IMO it doesn't make any difference, in the sense one is better than the other.
As that phrase goes, "Smoke 'em, if you got 'em." Works for good Cuban cigars, and it just as well works for those turn signals.

Beautiful F13 M6 Coupe in Sakhir Orange. Equipped with "M" Carbon Ceramic Brakes. My guess is that this car is headed to the BMW Performance Center Fleet. For me I really like the M6 Coupe much better than the F10 M5. M6 is my idea of a sports car......minus about 1,500 lbs. All the "M"'s need to go on a serious diet...... Thanks. PalBay
