That wing looks horrible. The whole car is so-so at best imo. I'd much rather have an E63 or M5 or even Panamera S/Turbo Performance will be great though. Should be interesting to see this compared to the Germans.
That rear wing is indeed unbecoming. In fact, I just got a dollop of go-faster Falcon/Commodore connotations and much less German premium bahn-stormer rival. That's not a good thing...
Wing deletion, please? Not very suiting at all... just a tad 2 fast 2 furry Mitsubishi come fly with me....
I think you are one of the 3 or 4 members here who knew what a Falcon and a Commodore is. In fact this might be the first time a non Australian member has mentioned these cars in the forum. For those who don't know, the blue one is the Falcon And this is the HSV Commodore The Jag still isn't as overstated as the HSV or the FPV, It has given the standard car the much needed aggression. Now if the rear wing is only optional then it will be perfect.
The faux CF trim on the seats bolsters looks just as tacky as the wing. And spot on Martin! First thing I thought of was the Lumina SS when I saw the rear 3/4 profile with the huge wing.
Hooligan sedans are rare in European car markets and have only had success in Australia where Holden and Falcon are selling thousands of sedans with built in rack for drying clothes. Enough about the wing, let's talk performance. "Corner Recognition senses when the car is negotiating a bend, the transmission holding the correct gear for the exit." That is pretty cool for the video game generation who love assists, for for those driving in manual mode the feature is meh!
This is exctly what I thought of. The XF is sich a nice car. Very nice and classy. But this is just a little to risey, in terms of look. Skip that rear wing.
