Video footage of a Nissan GT-R being involved in a collision has been caught on camera.
The white 192mph Japanese supercar was being driven up a winding stretch of mountain road at night when it came a cropper.
Footage shot from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX travelling in front shows the Nissan GT-R appearing to miss the corner before being involved in a collision with a wall.
As a result of the incident, the near-side wing of the 480bhp GT-R was seriously damaged.
We're aware of quite a few Nissan GT-Rs being involved in crashes but this is the first road-goind incident we've seen caught on tape.

    ...and video tapping it. :eusa_doh:.

Good luck getting insurance company to cover that if they ever see the video.

This is R8 all over again. When it came out we saw several photographs of wrecked R8s in damp conditions where all the other much less inferior cars are all fine while the best one has been smashed into a road barrier. Some car fanatic stoked about his "invincible" car, takes it out for a hard run disregarding that even the best cars in the world have their limits. Auto blogs hyping up ring lap times have had a bad and misleading influence on people.
