it is definitely the C63, and quite frankly, it is not as much a mystery as they are trying to make it. I like the whole mystery pre-release drill though.

In my opinion, the proportion fit better to the rear of the C-Class, then to the SLKs rear!

I compared the photo's of the rear of the C-class and the SLK-class and with the AMG mystery car screenshot.
It was hard to spot but it seems very much to be the C63 AMG.
The rear fenders/wheelarches of the mysterycar isn't as wide or bulge out as much as the the standard SLK on the photo. So it couldn't be the SLK and since it's an AMG.....making the fenders/wheelarches more narrow couldn't be a possibility.
Further more, putting a SLK63 AMG on the market would be a fatal blow for the customers of the SLK55 AMG Black series, debuted not too long ago.

I have to say the the left rearlightunit in the mystery screenshot confused me at first because it seems the lights surpassed the height position of the licenseplatelights. But then again, the right rearlightunit didn't.

Of course its the C63 and not SLK63, no doubt about it. We seen many spyphotos of C63 almost uncovered while there havent been many spyshots of SLK being tested.
My money is on C63 AMG...

If you ask me, this screams C63 AMG. If it were an SLK, the roof would be lower I would think. This looks like a sedan. :eusa_thin

Ok I see a dead give-away saying this is the C63. The lip-design just below the taillight. It`s the C63 AMG because the lip matches the silver C-Class pictured. The SLK doesn`t have that sharp lip design under the taillight. Its smoother without a crease.

It's C63. Look at the rear wheel arch in the promo pic. It's identical like to C-class' wheel arch. Also the car is too high to be SLK, roof is too flat, Rear bumper is too high, also the bumper lip is identical to C-class.

This is 200% a C63 AMG.

It's not the SLK because you can see the two tail lights; on the SLK, you can't because they're LED's.
