**If in wrong section, please move** Finally! The day arrived that I had been anticipating all these months. The 2008 New York International Auto Show, in New York City. I wasn't there all day, and I did not snap alot of pics, but these are a few that I'd like to share with you guys. I am not as savvy with the camera as other members, but I felt I would be doing myself a great disservice if I hadn't taken ANY pics, just based on that reason. I snapped only the ones that interested me most. And then yes, I thought of you guys, and snapped extras that would be appreciated by all the men. The Toyota Girls were nice enough to pose: I wanted to take shots the CL, but there way too many people trying to clamber into it, you don't realize (from the pics) how many times I was about to trip people in most of these shots. I'm not such a nice gal IRL! After seeing The One & Only in the metal- the BMW X6- I could not be blown away. Don't get me wrong. The only reason why is because of all the time I've spent in cyberspace with it. I felt as if I had seen it already, so there was nothing that surprised me. The BMW Concept CS however bowdown, made me skip for joy. I did not expect such a vehicle to be such a shark in the metal. I really, really, really want THAT car! Pictures do not do it justice. Yet, I only took one shot, because I was being rushed . They will never hear the end of that lament, until I get more shots. I hope you boys enjoy my amateur photos! :t-cheers:
Thanks for the photos Jade, the BMW CS is absolutely stunning when you see it in real life. I spent about half an hour just looking at it and taking photos of it when it was in the sydney motor show last year. I reckon it looks more compact and way more sexy than in the press realease photos.
Ahh, so you got to see it finally! I went last week and I probably spent more time checking out the X6 than the face lifted ML . Here's a shot of the interior from the back seat:

Yaz, I thought the GLK would have been there, I was hoping to see it, but I lingered awhile checking out the GL and ML....looks like we did a switch .
