I'm 6'6", and MB's have NEVER been cars short on interior room for taller indviduals, however this car is a way cramped and is way clostrophobic. A negative five stars from the Deustch.
Sales of the CLS prove the marketing behind the car, debatable and contentious as it may be, was a masterstroke. Particularly for the American market, the CLS was just the right car at the right time. A car Mercedes desperately needed for a bit of an image boost.
O boy, here we go again. The CLS has a very lovely design inside and out, but the interior layout space wise, SUCKS.
So whats your point? The car was never intended to be a limosine was it. It was intended to be exactly what you said it is. A very lovely design inside and out.
I'm a tall guy as well and there have been a lot of cars that have felt really cramped when I've first stepped in, but once I've sat there (or better yet, driven) for a while I've forgotten all about it... haven't sat in a CLS, though.
stutt too bad - the CLS is not a car for ur size ,,, ur tooo big ... JC on top gear said , ulll be be ok on the back seat for a short trip - JC is not short
