So does the release of this edition mean that we should start seeing test mules for the next generation pretty soon?
Me to bro... this is a sign she will leave us soon. Yep, I believe we can bank on that. In fact, we should be seeing test mules of the new CL (S coupe as thay will call it) later this year, around fall I believe.
A bit difficult to run and handle dontcha think? I completely love and going to miss this CL, like Merc1 said, one of Mercedes finest designs ever, very imposing yet understated. Regards
Gorgeous car...Yup end off the road is sad but i am shure the S coupe will be even better and more upscale then even this upscale machine....Oh that interior i wish they could just keep it in many ways it takes on some off the rolls and Bentley interiors...
Epic! This is the Diamond in M-B's crown and the one that glitters for all to see, it defines presence
Havent seen a car in this segment that is sooo UGLY (IN STD TRIM) AND SOOO beautiful (IN AMG TRIM).. pLEASE Merc give us a true elegant looking s coupe.....that will look good in std trim and will not need an AMG Pack to look good...
I'm literally sputtering in indignation...Gianclaudio, please say this isn't so! He modified his adjective with "SOOO" too omg. In all seriousness, I actually think the CL looks a little nicer in standard trim. A little classier, and a little less like all the other Mercs in the lineup.
Hahahahahaha I'm with you, I like the standard trim just a bit more, because make the car looks more classy and understated. After all the CL is about luxury over sport. Regards!
Naaah 65AMG all the way !!!! I can settle with a 63 too but nothing less... If you are buying a CL it should be decked to it's fullest and have an AMG engine under the bonnet... at least that's how I'm buying it
for the price you paying, what the hell is so nice abouit the CL in standard trim??? i can think of over a dozen better looking cars in the same price range, even the older gen 6 series...
What a beautiful, exquisite car. An love the "old style" bumper, where the grill and lower air intake where clearly separated, unlike most Merc's recent bumpers, where the grill seems to cut the bumper to meet the lower intake. Regards!
