I'm glad BMW is remaining firm with choosing to keep their free maintenance plan. What they said is right, they definitely do keep thier customers close by doing that. It's so expensive to get those cars serviced it's not even funny. The rate here is $85 per hour and that's rediculous. They charge people $80 for an oil change where I'm at and that is just stupid. So I'm glad they're keeping it.
Bimmers probably have lower ownership costs than their counterparts? Anyone that can attest to this ?
