You'd expect that a Ferrari replica from China, a country where the automotive industry has turned European and Japanese car cloning into a science, would at least be presentable. Because what you are seeing pictured above is just a computer-generated image of what the tuner hoped his modified Geely coupe would resemble. If your taste buds (and stomach) can handle it, click through to see the end result... Via: Gaibar Source: Chinese Tuner Builds Ferrari Enzo Wannabe Replica Based on Geely Coupe - Carscoop :t-cheers:
I actually find a lot of these backyard jobs quite interesting and amusing. They are harmless creations. I have seen many previous attempts at making a Ferrari, Porsche, or Lamborghini lookalikes with varying levels of success. The Toyota MR2 was a favourite donor car of many creators of Ferrari Testarossa or 348, 355, Lamborghini Countach lookalikes. Please do not view them as counterfeit Ferraris or Lamborghinis. They are just projects of guys who have the passion and skill to make something that comes close to their dream automobile. I applaud these guys!
Well I much prefer this than those people who 'customize' their expensive exotic cars into a pile of crap.
As WunderKind said these creations are pretty cool! Better than turning an exotic into a wreck:t-banghea
It could be worse...... have a look in here http://www.germancarzone.com/cayenne/29747-porsche-cayenne-status-design.html You get a Cayenne trying to be an Enzo. They haven't made the kit yet but it is a matter of time
