Was really talking about the U.S. market. Yes we know 4 cylinders are nothing new in the A4, but in the A6 they are in the U.S.

The design is almost perfect for it's intended purpose in these photos. :icondrool

US is a different kettle of fish altogether. While in Europe we are happy to drive in a 2l 4-cyl diesel ML or S class, I doubt anyone in the US would be proud of a 2l or a 4-cyl or a diesel in a C class!

^^ would be a different story if gasoline was €1.70 per liter over there as well....

Btw, look at those 320d specs next to the A4 2.0 TDI.......

I prefer the look of the F30 inside compared the A4 though I wonder whether it's quality will match it's level, same goes for the seat which with the S-Line or S model Audis are exceedingly good.

What we all be waiting for - EVO review - 4.5 stars out of 5. Not bad!

    What’s it like to drive?

Very impressive. Despite being a bigger car it doesn’t feel it, thanks to that 40kg weight loss over than the outgoing model. It retains the same balance and handling qualities from before, only now it also rides better. Improvements to run-flat tyre technology allied to damping developments and a stiffer chassis have combined to make this 3-series more composed than ever before. Sport mode can be used all the time, and Sport+ won’t rattle your fillings out.

Great job and review by Steve Sutcliffe, I am not the one to be convinced by any journalist. Yet guys like Sutcliffe get to drive more than his share every year to know exactly what he is talking about.

First and foremost, thumbs-up for the people at BMW AG for re-creating the legend and doing it right, better - best!:usa7u

With that new interior these are going to sell like hotcakes in the U.S. market where there are some who don't like BMW interiors because of the blandness when it comes to design and colors. That interior in those scans is bright and airy.

I see the UK are being ****** over by BMW yet again..... £1600 for sports 8sp auto compared to $500 in the US.

The 8-speed automatic is standard in the US. ;)

You got to love car prices in USA.
A 335i cost less money than I paid for my babybimmer which uses a much smaller engine. Thats it, I'm moving to USA ;)

Ahh that explains it. Thanks South.

Though the car overall is a fraction of the price we pay. Its about time we all held two fingers up to the manufacturers and said we aren't paying these ridiculous prices anymore.

Is the $500 for the paddles then?

Where is healthcare "free" in Europe?
