In the past the basic leather trim setup of the Cayenne Mk1 was pretty awful and it was advisable that everyone upgraded to full leather (including dash and door caps) such was the poor match from the fake plastic trim on these panels. My question is if anyone has yet seen a basic trimmed Cayenne without full leather to see if things have improved, preferably with pics if possible. Thanks in advance.
Quite difficult to find pictures of a complete standard Cayenne. Well this could be a beginning - 6 speed manual for the V6 Cayenne: also interesting - radio unit without Navigation, dashboard could be non-leather here: Will try to find more photos/pictures.
Found some more - hope to find quality shots though: would be also interesting to see this interior with cloth seats - they were available as well what I can remember.
Then it will be difficult at the moment. Don't think that any of the press cars will come with standard trim. They will be more fully loaded to show, what you can get for options on the Mk.II!
lol - just wanted to post a link to your own post in the "drive thread". So now, you knowing how the dashboards without full leahter feels and looks like. Post the link though, then this thread comes to an honourable end: http://www.germancarforum.com/cayen...k2-first-drives-autocar-etc-2.html#post467275
