^ From the last set of spy shots? Looks that way to me too. Perhaps that one is more of a mule looks like the new shots have more of a SL Black Series shaped roof.

I was talking about the development of a new model, which can last over 3 years(even 3 years are considered to be a too short period).

I won't check my sources, as my sources are trustworthy persons.

And the new SL won't come in 2011, but in 2012. The new M-Class will bow in 2011.

Looking again to these latest spy pics, I´m really hyped by the car now, the first spy pics sowed a car much classier, but these latest ones show a sportier stance, I don´t know how but I like the car more on these latest shots..

It doesn't appear to be a radical change from the current model.

Love the side profile. Reminds me of a Ferrari for some reason.

    Exactly, California!

I really don't see it. I'm seeing the current SL. Show us please.

Follow the line from the top of the windshield, over the hinge between rear window and roof, and into the trunk. Also, follow the upward rearward slope of the door that leads into the trunk. There is a decidedly California effect there. I lack the time to post both vehicles side by side, but i think many will agree there is a distinct similarity.

I do agree, that roofline is indeed leaning towards that of the California. The slope of the roof, shape of the small second window, and way the C-pillar enters the raising body.

The new SL better have a stunning interior. Anything lesser simply will not do. This is the SL.

Since every SL's production live span is more than a decade, it will have to have a interior and exterior design that should be just as fresh and modern 10 years form now...and IMO it will! :t-cheers:

The new one looks a little taller and the greenhouse is definitely bigger. Should be interesting to see how this one turns out. The current SL I think looks quite good in those pictures.

There is definitely two different SL's being tested. Is one just a mule and the other the real deal?
