Re: 5th Gear Review: BMW X6

I also kind of like it..
But there are some valid points in that review..
Not sure if i could buy it over a X5..

Re: 5th Gear Review: BMW X6

Buyers of this car do not prior practicality, they buy for the image, look and its a nice drive. The sales speak for itselves, there is market for this kind of car.

Re: 5th Gear Review: BMW X6

It is no different from the CLS is to the E-class. On paper the car is quite pointless since it doesn't drive as perfectly as a sedan and neither is it a genuine off roader like Cayenne or Range Rover, but at the end of the day it looks awesome and is a very cool car. It does look very sexy in real life, it's really an image car.

Yeah Luw, 2nd that. It does look really nice in the tin. It is what it is; an image car that happens to have a fair dollop of dynamic prowess. Looks terrific in white.

Of course for that amount of money - I'd never buy one. There's another BMW that already has my heart. It's a real coupe with a proper ride height, pinnacle engine and truly breathtaking handling.

Re: 5th Gear Review: BMW X6

Just put Dynamic Performance Control in X5 and there are zero reasons for me to buy this over the X5.

The looks ALONE is not enouh to buy the X6 over the X5. While some people will always complain about how they look too similiar, I could stare at the X6's ass all day. Wait I already so that and it's not old after 2 months straight.

Did I mention the tt-V8 is not offered on the X5 yet
