| ^^ That front is definitely better than the battering ram it has right now, the rest I'd keep the same as the real car because that back looks too soft. M

| Due to Pedestrian safety rules in the EU . You can no longer attach the grille to the bonnet. I am sure we have covered this so many times before. Quote:

| I like the tail lights and the rear in general, much improved. And I would buy the F10 with similar tail lights. Different strokes for different folks I guess. |

When you have rear lights that are on the trunk and flanks, I think it should look like it was designed as single shape. On the 7, it looks like they were designed separately. The designers thought that the design of the lights on the trunk looks good, and if the curves and swoopy nature of the flanks those lights look good. Taken separately, they may look fine, but put them together and to me, it's an unappealing design. | |

| I agree, the rear is perfect on the 7. The front, on the other hand, it will take a while to get used to the box shape. In the mean time, maybe BMW will find out a way to make the cars safe and good looking.

| ^ It's about one million times better than that chop though... LMFAO @ that chop. Horrible. It should be posted in concepts and designs, and not in the official 7er thread.

| Exactly, that is the only problem with the 7-series today.

And what you're talking about is an excuse because others have managed to solve this problem and keep their cars stylish. We all know this now and yet BMW still has a problem with it when it comes to making the front end look good on the 7-Series. Just because the grille isn't attached to the "bonnet" anymore doesn't mean the car has to look like at battering ram either. Mercedes, Volvo, and others have to abide by the same regulations, yet their front ends look much better. M

| In a sense, it works. The 7-series must be about making a bold statement and the front end, how wrong it might seem, does just that.
