What are you saying? We are not allowed to see E39 in it? Because I see it too man. The whole time. The kidney grille of the F01 comes straight off the E39 imo, and the C pillar as well (just not the Hofmeister kink)

Yeah, and I like the dark/black wood better than alu as well. Looks so classy and Individual in a big 7er. There's enough alu details anyways.

This is really classy imo, it's a typical BMW, nothing too fancy about it, just driver orientated with expensive (looking) trims in great detail. Basically it's like a high resolution version of a 3series.

About E39 resemblance, i don't see any, i actually see some pre-FL E46 resemblance if you talk about the kidney grille. Not that they look like each other but just, a feeling.

It's simply the most elegant yet so sporty still,i love that combo!

I'm starting to change my mind [nothing new there I guess ] ....earlier I said I liked the S class interior more -- I'm no longer so certain about that.

IMO,interior is by far the best part of new 7er..I adore it.

Which will feature optional pearl-white ceramic trim ...

Ceramic buttons....it will be epic 7er Individual will be pure madness

Seriously, this interior is well nice, but something about it doesnt sit nice with me, especially in this class. Just straight up, no BS. The 'overall' pic jus looks a bit.... dunno... doesn't look too well coordinated to me. Like flowing, harmonious design. Well at least to me. And i still see a lot of 3 series, etc in it. It's good no doubt, but not my thing i guess. Looks like it will look better IRL tho

This next generation, the 3er sedan, 5er sedan and 7er sedan will all look a lot like eachother from the inside. The 8er sedan will be different, like the E65 7er was this generation...

Im guessing that keyless go is standard on the new 7 series. No place to insert the keyfob.

Yeah, it`s a nice effort to begin with but the details don`t sit well me either.
I already pointed out the tacky placement of the airvents.. The huge driver-oriented angle in the design looks messy and is not placed well. The gap between the door-panels and dash don`t meet together, very 1980s. Lots of problems that are finished off with huge pieces of wood to place it in the excutive class.

Lighter colors just don`t suit these design flaws. If I had to choose a good color for this design it would be dark brown or black.

Now that's what I want to see. I love how BMW Individual comes up with the best options on the market.

Pictures won't do this interior justice. It has to be seen IRL for me. I love the design, however. Black leather and a nice light wood for me or oyster white with the dark wood option... What happened to the supposed red interior colour option?

I`d still take it over a Lexus LS450 anyday!
