Finally they showed the Ultramarine Blue / Montego Blue press pics I saw way back in December.

Some in Sapphire Black are existing as well.

The colour above is the best... For any BMW, afaic...

After initial press release where only car in Space Gray (although I announced Space Grey way before official release) was shown some guys attacked me I was lying about seeing the press pics in Montego Blue (then I was told its name was Ultramarine Blue) & Sapphire Black back in December.

So, I hope that will blow away all the doubts about my credibility.


Be aware of following colors:

Petrol Jade - a sea-like blue-green
Sunset Orange - similar to Lamborghini orange
Platinum Bronze - a bronze color lighter than Sepang Bronze
Tunis Blue - sky-like blue (similar to LeMans Blue but lighter)
Inca Silver - dark blueish silver

That Inca Silver sounds amazing

but an Orange M3 E92 would just be the Bomb I'm guessing that's the car that will introduce it, in tradition of the crazy blue and green color you can get on the current M3.

I'm not saying all listed colors will be available on E92/3! Some, but not all.
Others will be mainly for other new models.

It was a crazy time! Ive got alot of crap all day from people because ive belived you. On swedish pages and in real life. But it feels good now

Btw, Platinum Bronze is the color on facelifted X3.

They are making official press pics (Mauritsius shots are just gorgous!) of E93 in the same color. E92 will get it too.

Expect E93 to be announced in August / September time frame.

If BMW do release Sunset Orange and it turns out to be like the Lamborghini paint, this would be a huge hit with the younger buyers. That would suit the Z4 pretty darn well.

Really hope to see this color. Minus the Individual kind of program, I don't really see any color from any of the Germans as crazy as bright orange.

Anyhow, I think this car is the new torch bearer for BMW in the looks department. The car looks awesome.

Yep, and expect all upcoming BMWs still to have radical & futuristic design, but there will be much more harmony present.
